What counts as a study hour?
Tutoring time in chat and voice with the AI tutor. Working through uploaded materials uses those same study hours.
Download the app, then buy and manage plans in the App Store (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play. Study and Scholar automatically renew each month until you cancel in your store account settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
Payments and plans
How do we pay?+
The app is free to download. Starter is a free monthly allowance. Study, Scholar, and top-up packs are purchased in the App Store on iPhone or iPad, or Google Play on Android. The store shows the price for your country.
What counts as a study hour?+
Time with the AI tutor in chat and voice. Working through uploaded materials uses those same hours.
Do unused hours roll over?+
Monthly plan hours reset on your billing date and do not roll over. Unused top-up hours stay until you use them.
What if we run out of hours?+
Buy a top-up pack in the app at any time. The monthly plan still renews on its usual date.
How do I cancel a plan?+
Cancel in Apple or Google Play subscription settings on the device that bought the plan. We cannot cancel a store subscription by email. For Apple, turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
How do monthly subscriptions work?+
Study and Scholar are 1-month auto-renewing subscriptions sold by Apple or Google. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Each month Study includes 15 study hours, 30 quizzes, and 25 material uploads; Scholar includes 24 hours, 30 quizzes, and 35 uploads. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Deleting the AI Tutor account does not cancel the store subscription.
Does deleting the account cancel the subscription?+
No. Cancel the plan in the store first, then delete the account if you want both to stop.
