Terms of Use

AI Tutor is an educational assistant. It can chat, speak, accept homework uploads, provide a drawing canvas, follow guided topics, generate quizzes, and show progress. It is not a school, not a human tutor, and not professional advice (including medical, legal, or psychological advice).

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, including a parent-created student account. Parents who create linked student accounts are responsible for those accounts, for the student’s use of the app, and for purchases made on the parent account.

You must provide accurate information. Keep passwords confidential. You are responsible for activity on accounts you control.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to bypass usage limits.

Use the tutor for learning. Do not use it to harm others, to generate illegal content, to attack our systems, or to upload content you do not have the right to share (including another student’s exam in violation of school rules, if that applies).

AI outputs can be wrong. Check important work. The app is a study aid, not a guarantee of grades.

The app may be downloaded free of charge with a Starter allowance (30 minutes of tutoring, 1 quiz, and 1 material upload each calendar month). Paid plans and top-up packs are sold as in-app purchases by Apple (iPhone and iPad) or Google. Their terms, taxes, and refund rules apply. Prices are shown in the store for your country.

Study is a 1-month auto-renewing subscription. Each month it includes 15 study hours, 30 quizzes, and 25 material uploads.

Scholar is a 1-month auto-renewing subscription. Each month it includes 24 study hours, 30 quizzes, and 35 material uploads.

Monthly credits do not roll over. Top-up packs remain until used. Linked children share a parent-purchased pool.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.

The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period (Apple). Google Play bills the renewal according to Google’s subscription rules.

You can manage and cancel subscriptions in App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. We cannot cancel a store subscription by email.

Deleting the AI Tutor account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Cancel in the store first if you want billing to stop.

IT Source One and its licensors own the app, the mascot, and the brand. You keep rights to content you upload, and you grant us a license to process that content solely to provide tutoring and operate the service.

You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service except as allowed by law.

The tutor depends on network access and third-party AI providers. Features may change, pause, or fail. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or error-free answers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IT Source One is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost grades, lost data, or substitute tutoring costs. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for AI Tutor in the twelve months before the claim (store fees billed by Apple or Google are handled under their rules).

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If you continue to use the app, you accept the update.
