Will it just give the answer?+
No. AI Tutor is built to help you reach understanding, not just an answer. It explains at your level, stays with the problem, and uses quizzes and feedback to check what stuck.
Is it only for one homework question?+
It works for both. You can get help on a single homework question, or follow guided learning paths and build a fuller study plan over time.
Can I see what my child is doing?+
Yes. Create individual child accounts and see which topics they are studying from a simple parent dashboard, including sessions and quiz scores.
Which languages are supported?+
Arabic and English first, plus French, German, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, and Persian. The interface follows, including right-to-left for Arabic and Persian.
How do we pay?+
The app is free to download. Flexible plans cover lessons, quizzes, and study materials. Starter is a free monthly allowance; Study, Scholar, and top-ups are purchased in the App Store or Google Play. Prices vary by country.
Can one plan cover siblings?+
Yes. The parent buys once. Linked children share hours, quizzes, and materials as a family pool.
What if we run out of hours?+
Buy a top-up pack anytime. Unused top-ups stay until used. Monthly plan credits reset on your billing date and do not roll over.
What counts as a session hour?+
Tutoring time in chat and voice with the AI tutor. Working through uploaded worksheets and materials uses those same hours.
How do I cancel a subscription?+
Manage or cancel in Apple or Google Play subscription settings on the device that purchased the plan. We cannot cancel a store subscription from email.
How do I delete my account?+
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. If you cannot sign in, email support with the subject “Delete my AI Tutor account” and the address you used to sign up. Verified requests are processed within 30 days.
